Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. This policy is in no way a "punishment", I understand events may happen out of your control but this will be something you will have agreed to while booking.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment you will be expected to pay 50% of your services total.
"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Extreme last minute cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will result in 100% of the service.
-NEW CLIENTS will have to place a nonrefundable deposit in order to book. If you have to reschedule, your deposit will be held for ONE reschedule. If you have to LAST MINUTE reschedule (under 48 hours) you will have to forfeit your deposit and place a new one for a new date. If you cancel under 12 hours you will be charged the remaining balance and have to place a new deposit for a new date.
Clients will be given a 10 minute maximum late grace period. If late over 10 minutes of your
appointment we will have to move your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service. If we can reschedule for the same week ( if I have availability) I will wave the late charge. Some of my appointments are as small as 15 minutes.
I require each client to leave a credit/debit card on your file.
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby quests of any availability as well as keeping my scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting my policies criteria.
